- Choose the photo or scan (JPG, PNG or WebP).

- Press Resize for form and download the JPG.
- Photos are cropped to fill the size, keeping the face in frame. Signatures and documents are fitted whole on white, never cropped.
- Sizes stay strictly inside the KB limits, whether the portal counts 1 KB as 1,000 or 1,024 bytes.
- Always check the latest official notification; sizes can change between exams and years.
Photo & Signature Resizer: frequently asked questions
How do I resize my photo to 20–50 KB for an exam form?
Upload your photo, choose the exam's photograph size (or enter the custom size from the notification) and press Resize for form. You get a JPG at exactly the right pixels and within the KB range.
What size should the signature be for IBPS and SBI exams?
Bank exams by IBPS, SBI and RRB usually ask for a signature of 140 × 60 pixels between 10 and 20 KB, and a photo of 200 × 230 pixels between 20 and 50 KB. Always confirm in the current notification.
Will my signature be cropped?
No. Signatures, thumb impressions and declarations are fitted whole onto a white background. Only photos are cropped to fill the frame, keeping the face in view.
My exam isn't listed. What do I do?
Choose Custom size and enter the width and height in pixels and the minimum and maximum KB from the official notification.
Why was my photo rejected even though it's the right size?
Portals also check the photo itself: a plain light background, recent photo, face clearly visible and no caps or dark glasses. Check those rules in the notification too.
