1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the NoAppz website at noappz.com and all of its tools (together, "the service"). By using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
NoAppz provides free online tools, such as calculators, date tools, file converters, PDF and image tools, and developer and domain utilities. The service is free and needs no account. We may add, change or remove tools, or change their limits, at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the service for any lawful personal or business purpose. You must not:
- upload or process content that is illegal, or that you don't have the right to use;
- use the service to harm others, for example to create malware, phishing QR codes or misleading documents;
- attack, overload or disrupt the service, including by sending automated requests in large numbers or trying to get around its limits;
- try to access parts of the service or its server that aren't meant to be public;
- use the domain, DNS and SSL tools to probe systems you aren't allowed to test.
We may block access from anyone who breaks these rules.
4. Your files and content
You keep all rights to the files and text you use with the service. You give us only the permission needed to process them and return the result to you. As explained in the Privacy Policy, we don't store your files. You are responsible for having the right to use any content you upload, and for keeping your own copies of your files.
5. Accuracy of results
We work hard to make every tool accurate, but results are provided for general information only:
- Calculators (such as EMI, interest, GST, percentage and age) give estimates based on standard formulas and the figures you enter. Banks, lenders, tax authorities and exam bodies may calculate differently, round differently or apply other rules. They are not financial, tax, legal or professional advice; check important figures with the relevant organisation or an adviser.
- Converted, compressed or resized files may differ from the original, for example in quality or layout. Check the result before you rely on it, especially before submitting it in an application.
- Domain, DNS, SSL and IP information comes from public sources at the moment you check, and may be incomplete or out of date.
6. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, NoAppz is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit, business or opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or its results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Our website
The NoAppz name, logo, design and text of this website belong to us. You may link to any page of the site. Please don't copy the site or present it as your own.
9. Links to other websites
The service may link to, or connect to, other websites and services. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Using the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
